Recruitment Consultant Godalming, Surrey - Hybrid

Basic DOE plus commission OTE £55,000 per annum plus benefits

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team with previous recruitment experience and we need consultants who can work well under pressure, who are great at multitasking with a positive attitude and work well with suppliers, clients and candidates.

You will need to demonstrate a flair for sales as you will be expected to grow our client accounts to work on straight away.

We need someone who loves challenges, enjoys being busy all the time and can multitask as you will constantly be meeting clients, interviewing candidates, filling vacancies and working to demanding deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Business development and working on job briefs from existing and new clients.
Filling permanent, temporary and contract vacancies
Researching companies to target
Attending client visits
Developing relationships with companies and ensuring brand loyalty to secure repeat business
Utilising the recruitment software and embracing technology

Resourcer/ Trainee Consultant Godalming, Surrey - Hybrid

Basic DOE plus commission OTE £35,000 per annum plus benefits

We are looking for Resourcers / Trainee Consultants to join our team on either a part-time or full-time basis, who are great at multitasking with a positive attitude.

This role is an integral part of the recruitment process and is critical to providing a high-quality service to clients and candidates alike.

The successful candidates will often be the first line contact so a professional manner is essential, you will also be able to work effectively under pressure. This position will involve all aspects of the recruiting process and so an upbeat personality is desirable.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates for live roles on job boards
Briefing candidates on job opportunities and sending their details to the relevant Consultant
Providing clear information to candidates
Adding candidate details to the database and recording their details accurately
Answering the telephone in a professional manner
Proactive recruitment of candidates for forthcoming roles
