We collect personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses when voluntarily provided by you when you register, otherwise voluntarily submit information to us or by accessing from IT job boards that you have submitted this information to which we are then licensed to access.  We will, of course, only process this information in accordance with this policy or as otherwise agreed to by you.

By opting to share with 2i Recruit your personally identifiable information, personally, via our website or through third party recruitment sites you agree that we may use the information you have given in the following way:

Your information will be held on a database within the European Economic Area (EEA).  2i Recruit, 14A Church Street, Godalming, Surrey GU7 1EW will collect your information as controller of the database.  We will always employ appropriate technical security measures to protect your personal information to the same specification as defined in the EU law and to ensure that it is not accessed by unauthorised persons.

2i Recruit respects the confidentiality of all personal information and will only pass on your details to third parties with your consent in line with our role as a recruitment agency.

While it is unlikely, we may be required to disclose your information by court order or to comply with other legal or regulatory requirements.  We will use reasonable efforts to notify you before we do so, unless we are legally restricted from doing so.
