Our client is looking for a Legal Administrator with legal secretarial skills to join their thriving and expanding company in Camberley. This is a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the company and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting people coming into the office
- Answering incoming calls and communicating with the company’s legal departments.
- May involve some dictation and other general secretarial duties.
- Audio typing of reports
- Dealing with confidential matters on the telephone and sometimes face to face
- Filing and scanning
- Dealing with the post
- General ad hoc work
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Ideally, the candidate will have experience in reception or a background in secretarial duties.
