Located in the heart of Guildford town centre, you’ll have the chance to work on dynamic projects spanning international markets focused on environmental technologies.
As an award-winning industry leader in creating world-class B2B conferences and exhibitions, they are looking for someone who’s ready to dive into researching, developing, and delivering senior executive-level conferences in Europe and North America.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Your role will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:
- Exploring key topics, emerging business issues, and new technologies to inspire fresh conferences.
- Staying ahead of industry trends to keep our events cutting-edge.
- Recruiting senior-level speakers through engaging telephone research.
- Crafting high-quality conference programs based on in-depth research and discussions with professionals, NGOs, and trade associations.
- Keeping an eye on competitor events to ensure our offering remains top tier.
- Traveling internationally to attend trade fairs, conferences, and network with industry leaders.
- Supporting our sales team to identify sponsors and revenue opportunities.
- Creating marketing content, managing social media, and building partnerships with trade organisations and media.
- Coordinating with speakers to ensure smooth delivery of presentations.
- Collaborating on the design and promotion of conference materials.
- Overseeing on-site event delivery and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
- Gathering valuable feedback from attendees, speakers, and exhibitors.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 12 months’ experience in commercial B2B events, publishing, market research, or media.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
- A proactive mindset with an entrepreneurial flair for identifying opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding research and writing abilities.
