Our client is currently looking for a Telesales Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls
- Processing and managing incoming sales inquiries
- Overseeing and maintaining relationships with existing corporate accounts
- Expanding and developing current corporate accounts
- Conducting site visits with customers and suppliers
- Reaching out to existing clients to upsell new products and services
- Following up on incoming lead inquiries
- Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Responding to email inquiries
- Supporting the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
