Working for our successful boutique agency in the heart of Godalming, you would be joining one of Surrey’s top Recruitment Agencies. We are looking for a part time Business Development Executive to support in the growth of our client base, ideally 20 hours per week.
We offer flexible working hours, a generous basic and commission scheme (uncapped), 25 days holiday (pro rata), a friendly team, administration support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Using social media, Linked In and job boards to connect with businesses
- Monitoring websites, socials, and google for job vacancies.
- Keeping track of company PSLs and making relevant applications.
- Speccing strong candidates to companies
- Calling an extensive list of potential prospects.
- Searching for leads and following up warm leads.
- Using our CRM system to qualify contact details.
- Sending out and following up marketing literature
- Dropping gifts to clients – whilst carrying out market research in new areas
- Negotiating terms of business for temporary and permanent positions
- Taking and reviewing job vacancies, working closely with the Consultants.
- Visiting new clients with a view to gaining new business
- Working closely with our marketing team on sales and marketing campaigns
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Sales, business development or telesales experience required
- Previous experience within the recruitment industry is preferred.
- Highly motivated with an inquisitive nature
- Ability to think creatively and to find new ways to attract clients.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of an established team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, ambitious and self-motivated.
- Positive and professional team player
