Our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment while developing key administrative skills. You will be part of a supportive team, helping to keep their records organised and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing documents accurately
  • Organising and maintaining digital and paper records
  • Assisting with general administrative duties
  • Data entry and updating internal systems
  • Handling correspondence and supporting the team with admin tasks
  • Ensuring documents are stored securely and in line with company policies

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
