Our professional client is looking for an Administrator for an ongoing contract to work for their company in Godalming. The right candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and carrying out administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming customer queries and questions, by phone and email
- Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
- Referring problematic issues that they cannot solve to management
- Using the In-house web-based CRM
- Entering customer details in company databases and modifying records as required
- Providing quotations
- Booking shipments on behalf of customers
- Completing basic clerical work including word processing, copying and filing
- Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times when assisting customers
- Liaising with suppliers/carrier partners
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook for emails
- A good team player
