This permanent, office-based position offers a dynamic working day that includes managing customer accounts, credit control duties, and finance-related administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Proactively follow up on overdue payments by phone and email across various customer accounts

Provide invoice copies and negotiate payment arrangements when needed

Track and review aged debt reports

Complete bank reconciliations and accurately post incoming payments

Assist with general finance admin tasks as required
Experience and Skills Requirements:

Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable

Excellent communication and people skills

Ability to foster and maintain strong customer relationships

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently as part of a busy finance team
