Our client, a growing organisation is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to enhance client engagement and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can take ownership of lead generation and client communication, implementing innovative marketing strategies to expand reach.

Digital Marketing Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to educate clients about services.
  • Create engaging content for newsletters, blogs, social media and other communication channels.
  • Organise webinars, events and broadcasts to highlight expertise and offerings
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Microsoft Ads and social media.
  • Optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and generate high-quality leads.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as required.
  • Produce high-quality content for various marketing platforms.
  • Manage and update the website, ensuring SEO optimisation.
  • Maintain a content calendar for timely and consistent marketing material delivery.
  • Oversee and manage the company’s social media presence.
  • Create and schedule posts while engaging with followers to build an online community.
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to improve engagement and reach.
  • Ensure the website remains user-friendly, up-to-date and SEO-optimised.
  • Implement enhancements to improve user experience and functionality.
  • Design and optimise landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously test and refine landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
  • Use analytics tools to track and report on marketing performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on data analysis.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Support and train clients in the effective use of services.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors where necessary.
  • Meet and exceed marketing targets set by the management team.
  • Develop strategies to increase inbound enquiries and business opportunities.

Digital Marketing Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, social media).
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
