This is a great role for an Operations Assistant to work for a financial services company. As Operations Assistant you will be supporting the Compliance Manager and Director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Compliance Manager with creating, updating and maintaining the policies, procedures and guidance notes issued to all employees.
- Assist the Compliance Manager with quarterly training which is compulsory for all staff and keep records and results spreadsheet up to date.
- Provide support and research to the Compliance Manager for training presentations
- Assist the Compliance with the collation and analysis of management information, including attending Management meetings and committee meetings
- Understand how to use Excel, Microsoft Word, Power-point and other software including internal software
- Maintain records and logs on compliance areas
- Take responsibility for typing up the agenda and minutes of meetings when requested.
- Assist the Compliance Manager with ad hoc duties as required.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Discreet and confidential
- Able to prioritise work and complete tasks in an accurate, structured and timely fashion.
- Experience within a financial services background would be advantageous
