Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to apply their expertise in administration, copywriting, and marketing to support the growth of our department.

This role will be 2 days per week – Tuesday and Thursday. Both permanent and contracted positions will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tasks and projects within the department, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand’s presence.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and reports for departmental efficiency.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, with a strong ability to coordinate tasks and manage projects.
- Good writing skills, possibly with experience in copywriting
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
