Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional PA to support a busy and fast-paced property team. This is an urgent requirement and an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who thrives in a varied role.

The position will involve providing PA support, assisting with the preparation of property particulars, managing correspondence and liaising directly with clients and stakeholders. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes and supporting the team’s wider activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality PA and secretarial support to the team
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading property particulars and marketing materials
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Handling incoming correspondence, calls, and emails
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as required

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Previous experience in a secretarial, administrative, or PA role (ideally within property or professional services)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confident in dealing with clients and external contacts
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
