We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive with at least 1 year of post-university B2B sales experience in a technical environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth technology company where you will play a key role in generating and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
As an SDR, you will work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients through multi-channel outreach — including cold calling, email, and social selling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and inbound interest to generate qualified leads
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify potential clients
- Research and identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in target accounts
- Book meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Provide feedback on market trends and prospect pain points to inform marketing and product strategies
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of post-university experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment
- Proven experience and comfort with cold outreach across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a growth mindset
- Organised, disciplined, and able to manage a high volume of outreach
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is a plus
- Experience working closely with marketing teams to align lead generation and content strategy
- A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
