Are you available to start work immediately and can you work as part of a team on a temporary basis? Our client is looking for someone who has great interpersonal skills and who is highly organised to join their team. A good sense of humour is important as well as being reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality PA and secretarial support to the team
- Preparing, formatting, and proofreading property particulars and marketing materials
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Diary management and appointment scheduling
- Handling incoming correspondence, calls, and emails
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Previous experience in a secretarial, administrative, or PA role (ideally within property or professional services)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Confident in dealing with clients and external contacts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure
