This role focuses heavily on maintaining inbound leads and running small accounts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and convert them into loyal customers, promoting the service. Cross-selling and upselling opportunities will also be part of your role
  • Sales Presentations and Pricing: Price up and deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company’s products/services
  • Small Account Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with small accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals that are mutually beneficial
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to guide sales strategies in the context of inbound leads and small accounts
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Targets Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within the scope of inbound leads and small accounts, contributing to the company’s growth
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience

 

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • 2 years + experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
