Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity within sales? Our global client is looking for a Sales Executive to join their growing team. Previous sales experience is an advantage but if you are a committed individual with bags of enthusiasm full training is available from an experienced team.

This is a hybrid role, however, you will work mainly from home, and you will work on new business and also for current clients expanding on their service offering.  You will be proactive, have the confidence to ask questions, enjoy learning about the industry sector and have a tenacious and positive approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing to develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve company growth targets and expand client base.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Identify key decision makers within target Companies and follow up of new/old prospects.
  • Achieve company growth and retention targets set by CEO and business development.
  • Participate in the development and submission of bids for new business, and report on successful bids and reasons for possible bid losses, as well as gap-fill analysis of current clients.
  • Review existing service areas and identify possible areas for improvement for service performance and profitability.
  • Work with business development to prepare, draft and review commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends and competitor activities, providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure services meet the needs of clients and comply with regulatory requirements.

 

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education in business, business administration or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience in sales would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote environment and under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel as required.
